In Meta Business Suite (on a computer) go to Insights → Content, pick your date range, hit Export Data, then drop that file here. It matches posts by their link and fills in every view count. Nothing else gets touched.
Load an .xlsx with an "Ads Log" sheet (like this app exports, or your original file). Choose merge to update views/status on matching rows and add new ones, or replace everything. Moving from the old local version? Export "Full Tracker" there, then import it here.
